This isn’t your average yoga class. Each private session is completely customized to your needs — whether you’re seeking stress relief, mindful movement, recovery from an injury, or a deep sense of inner calm. At the heart of these sessions is Precision Alignment Yoga, a powerful approach that focuses on correct technique and healthy movement patterns. You’ll learn how to align your body safely and effectively in each posture so you can: * Build strength and flexibility without strain or injury. * Create balance and stability that supports you in everyday life. * Maximize the benefits of every movement while protecting your joints. Depending on your goals, your session can take many forms: Corrective session: Gentle, detailed work — ideal for those recovering from injuries (with medical clearance) or looking for targeted support. Flow practice: A dynamic yoga experience that still incorporates detailed alignment and mindfulness. Focused session: Breathwork only or meditation only, if that’s where you want to place your attention. Blended experience: Most sessions include breathwork, mindful movement, and a deeply relaxing close — leaving you refreshed, grounded, and at ease. Why Precision Alignment Matters: Practicing with physical precision naturally sharpens mental precision. As you focus on each detail of alignment, your mind becomes fully present and clear — like a moving meditation that benefits both body and mind. These one-on-one sessions are perfect for all levels and backgrounds: 🌱 Beginners: If you’re brand new to yoga, meditation, or breathwork, this is the ideal way to start. We’ll meet you exactly where you are and build a strong, safe foundation. 💪 Seasoned practitioners: Even if you’ve been practicing for years, focusing on alignment details can completely transform how your practice feels in your body — and prevent strain or injury. 🧘‍♀️ Yoga teachers: As a teacher trainer, I love working with teachers who want to go deeper, refine their skills, and bring powerful new insights back to their students. Each session is one hour, offered in person or online via Zoom, so you can practice wherever you feel most comfortable. And here’s the thing: after just one session, most people feel so good, so centered and empowered in their body, that they can’t wait to come back for more. Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule the appointment please give at least 48 hours’ notice. While we will do our best to accommodate emergency situations, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the full fee.
